Fawn Mckay

Fawn Brodie McKay was born on September 15th, 1915, was raised in Ogden Utah. She was a member of the Mormon Church's very first family, Fawn McKay was able to direct her innovative talent for writing and her impressive researching skills in the creation of a amazing psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith, published in 1945. The book was titled The Only Man Knows My History. The title derives from the funeral sermon delivered by Joseph Smith who was the founding father of The Church of Latter-Day Saints. The preacher shocked the audience when he said declaring: "You don't even know my name. It's been a long time since you've seen my feelings." My past is not known to anyone. My history is not known by anyone. Fawn an older woman, aged 29 wrote: "Since that moment of sincerity, at the very least three writers have taken on the task." Some people have tried to portray him as gods or godlike, while some have accused him of being lying. Many have even tried the diagnosis of a medical condition. However, the issue is that the documents do not exist. They are just contradictory. It is a difficult task to put these pieces together in order to discern firsthand narratives from the third-hand versions and fit Mormon as well as non Mormon tales into one coherent piece. It is fascinating and informative. FawnBrodie took on the task of professional success. The fruits of her research and writing made her immortalized with the world's attention: Thaddeus Stevens. Scourge of the Southern (1959) The Devil Drives. Thomas Jefferson. An Intimate History (1974) as well as posthumously Richard Nixon.
