Andrea Hope Elson is an American former actress. Elson's professional career started out as a young actor and model. She is most well-known for playing Alice Tyler in CBS science fiction. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the part as Lynn Tanner of the ALF hit series (1986). After many years of working on hit shows and movies, she decided to leave the field to raise her family. ALF came during a particularly challenging time for Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People published an article in which Elson described how difficult it was to become a young girl and perform on an upcoming sitcom. The blonde New York City actress was born on the 6th of March 1970. Her father was employed in the field of advertising, and she grew as a traveler because of that. Prior to turning ten Andrea had lived in New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea found an agent in San Diego and won her audition to play the role she wanted for her debut. Fusco explained the decision in saying "ALF has a lifespan of 285 years which means he's mature enough to be able to consume beer." ALF was getting increasingly popular with children and so NBC advised Fusco that he couldn't drink alcohol because children were watching. Fusco is a bad example to follow. Fusco was convinced that ALF was able to do this, even as an adult, was capable of doing this. Drinking alcohol... Death. In 1995, he was diagnosed to be suffering from the lymphoma. The cancer was treated successfully and he remained in full Remission throughout the course of his life. The cancer took his life on 26 June, 2019, at 75 years old at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
