Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, a gifted actor who is also a director, writer and producer. Anna Silk's father was British, and her mother is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. She remembers watching her mother perform in play rehearsals. In her early years Anna was a part of a variety of commercials for television. In November 1999, Anna made the move to Toronto in order to further develop her acting career. She ended up making the move into Los Angeles, California, within the next decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They were engaged by 2009 when they were married. Anna had changed her religion to Judaism and they got married in Fredericton. Bo's same sex relationship, and Lauren (played Zoie Palermo) is featured on CNN as being among the top TV Couples. E! named it "the most popular television Couple" of 2013. Entertainment Television.
